E. Data Retention & Deletion (Project Files) We respect the privacy of your property. Photos and videos uploaded for the “Technical Site Analysis” or “3D Terrain Scan” are stored on our secure servers solely for the duration of the project estimation and planning phase.

Retention Period: These files are retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of upload to allow for quote revisions and installation planning.
Deletion: After 90 days (or upon the completion of your installation, whichever comes first), these files are permanently deleted from our active databases. We do not use your property photos for public marketing without your separate, explicit written consent.
